No.4 coal fault is developed in No.2 mining area of Pingsuo Jinggong No.3 coal mine. Roof fall and rib spalling occur in the mining of working face, which poses a threat to safety production. Therefore, the research on fault grouting reinforcement technology was carried out in 34205 working face. The advantages and disadvantages of the current main grouting materials are compared and analyzed, and the high water material grouting is determined. Combined with the material properties, the water cement ratio is 2 : 1. According to the distribution of faults, four grouting drilling holes were designed, and the drilling depths were 45, 60, 90 and 100 m respectively. There are 36 grouting boreholes in the actual construction site, with a total depth of 2 776 m, grouting material dosage of 78.11 t and grouting volume of 193.03 m3. The working face is normally pushed in the control fault area, and no abnormal mine pressure appears.
