The technology and requirements of replacing main rope of floor multi rope friction hoist in Kailuan Donghuantuo Coal Mine were introduced. It was pointed out that the replacement method was advanced, had the advantages of time -saving, high safety, good the quality of main rope, should be further improved in the details.
