The identification of small and micro structures and the prediction of thin coal seams were always difficult problems in the interpretation of coalfield seismic exploration. The key to solve the problem was to obtain a set of seismic data with high fidelity, high signal-to-noise ratio and high resolution. In order to improve the quality of seismic data, it was particularly important to apply the well constraint processing technology to the data processing of coalfield seismic exploration. In this paper, the well constraint processing technology was applied to the three dimensional seismic data processing of Zhaozhuang Coal Mine in Shanxi Province. The interpretation results were verified by drilling, working face and roadway, and the purpose of fine identification of small and micro structures and thin coal seams was achieved. The feasibility and superiority of well constraint processing technology in high precision coalfield seismic exploration data processing were demonstrated.
