Abstract:Aiming at the existing problems of air leakage in goaf, short circuit of air flow in working face and unreasonable selection of fans in ventilation system of No.1 Mine of Shanxi Huayang Group Xinneng Co., Ltd., taking the goaf of working face as the research object, the model of air leakage ventilation system in goaf is established. The influence of three factors, namely the distance from the air leakage outlet to the working face, the air leakage velocity and the size of the goaf, on the air leakage of the goaf is studied and analyzed respectively, and the influence law is revealed. Then, the existing ventilation system of the mine is reformed and designed. The induced ventilation through the surface goaf is used to design the goaf as an independent return air shaft partition ventilation system, and the rationality analysis is carried out. Finally, the goaf model was established in the fifth middle section of the working face, and the ventilation scheme was implemented after the transformation. The air volume was increased from 3.2 m3/s to 6.58 m3/s, and the return air volume of the fan was 60%, which improved the ventilation effect of some working faces in the mine and met the ventilation demand of daily production in the mine.
