Abstract:In order to improve the long-term operation performance of the hot-blast stove equipped with shell process gasification device, the success rate of one-time ignition of the hot-blast stove is increased. This paper introduces the operation of shell gasification process, coal grinding and drying process, hot blast stove and ignition system, and the existing problems. By redesigning and optimizing the ignition system, the integrated high-energy ignition device is adopted, and the flame-stabilizing material is replaced, the problems of low success rate of one-time ignition of hot-blast stove, failure of high-pressure igniter. Ablation of flame stabilizer and short running period of hot-blast stove are thoroughly solved. The results show that the ignition system of hot-blast stove has been re-optimized, the success rate of one-time igniter of hot-blast stove is increased to 100% , the combustion of hot-blast stove is stable during long-term operation, the combustion of syngas is reduced, and the daily output of follow-up products is increased, increased direct economic benefits.
