Analysis and evaluation of multiple coal seams water damage of Ordovician limestone aquifer in Huangyuchuan Mine

Abstract:In order to make a zoning of water outburst risk of Ordovician limestone aquifer in the floor of No.4 and No.6 upper coal seam in Huangyuchuan Mine in the central part of Zhungeer coalfield, the water level of Ordovician limestone aquifer and the elevation of target coal seam floor in the study area were analyzed, and the pressure zoning of each coal seam floor was obtained. The evaluation index system of water outburst risk in the study area was constructed.
On this basis, the vulnerability index method based on AHP was used to evaluate and zone the risk of Ordovician limestone water outburst from coal seam floor in the study area. The evaluation results showed that most of No.4 coal seam in the study area was safe area and relatively safe area, and the dangerous area and relatively dangerous area of No.6 upper coal seam increased significantly, which mainly concentrated in the western and eastern structural development areas of the study area. The research results had guiding significance for the safe mining of Huangyuchuan Mine.
