The deformation of fully mechanized caving face roadway in Yangmei No. 1 Coal Mine is large, and the traditional methods of artificial undercover and side expansion are inefficient, and there are some security risks. Taking the 8304 working face of the mine as an example, the deformation characteristics of the roadway were investigated on site, and the causes of the deformation of the roadway were analyzed. In order to achieve safe and efficient production, roadway repair machine is used for roadway maintenance. By comparing the commonly used equipment matching schemes, the combination of WPZ-55 / 15 / 1000L roadway repair machine and belt conveyor is determined. The application in 8304 transport roadway shows that WPZ-55/15/1000L tunnel repairing machine is an ideal tunnel repairing equipment with low labor intensity, high speed, high efficiency and remarkable economic and social benefits.
