In order to deeply study the influence mechanism of factors such as loose layer, thickness of overlying bedrock and thickness of coal seam on the surface subsidence of the goaf, No. 8103 and 8105 Faces of Wajinwan Mine was taken as the research objects, according to the actual geological conditions of the working face, the grey system theoretical analysis model was used to obtain the weight of each influencing factor on the damage degree of ground subsidence, and a method for predicting the damage degree of ground subsidence in unmined areas was established by visual analysis of ArcGIS software. The results showed that the predicted results were basically consistent with the measured data, which was of great significance to prevent and avoid gob collapse, and to protect the surface ecological environment to the greatest extent.
