Abstract: In penicillin production, the continuous extraction process of centrifuge is adopted for acidification extraction, and the pH value of waste acid water is the key process control parameter, and the control result directly affects the product quality and yield. Traditional manual adjustment has some disadvantages, such as strong dependence on operating experience, low work efficiency and poor system stability, so it is difficult to meet the requirements of real-time control. In order to improve the controllability and stability of pH value of waste acid water in the process of acidification and extraction, a scheme of using PID automatic control technology instead of manual adjustment was put forward. Combined with the production equipment, process flow and parameter requirements of penicillin, a set of PID control system for the pH value of waste acid water was designed. Through PID parameter debugging, the pH value of waste acid water in the acidification extraction process was controllable and stable. On the premise of ensuring the product quality, the product yield is improved and the labor intensity of operators is reduced.
