In order to improve the small slime processing of pressure filter, single machine processing power and improper fine slime recycle, cleaning sieve plate with novel material, 339 gangue high frequency screen with 0.15 mm bore diameter, ending coal centrifuge, process flow of slime water treatment were optimized. The result showed that slime water processing system made primary coal separation granularity lower limit to 8 mm, 339 filtrate water > 0.5 mm particle materials reduced 9%, > 0.25 mm particle size material reduced 31%, large particle content of concentration basin obviously declined, coal slime processing capacity and working efficiency of the slime water treatment system were improved.
