Abstract:To prevent the power supply system from tripping is a more concerned problem for coal mine enterprises. Based on the brief overview of the power supply system of Jinbei Coal Industry, the anti-override trip system is designed and studied based on GOOSE technology. The system is divided into three levels : management layer, communication layer and interval layer, and each level plays a corresponding role to realize the anti-override trip effect. The main hardware facilities of the protection device are analyzed, and the power PC + FGPGA scheme is used for data analysis and processing, which enriches the function and reliability of the system. The designed anti-overstep tripping system is applied to the power supply engineering practice of northern Shanxi Coal Industry. The locking signal time of the lower device is set to 20 ms. Four power supply faults occur within half a year, and no overstep tripping occurs. The practice effect is good.
