Abstract： Taking ZDY6000LD crawler hydraulic tunnel drilling rig for Shennong Coal Mine as the research object, the technical characteristics and main technical parameters of the equipment are analyzed in detail, and the structure of the key main engine, pumping station and crawler body part are introduced. The ZDY6000LD drilling rig is applied to the engineering practice of 15101 working face in Shennong Coal Industry to carry out water hazard prevention and control. The practice shows that the equipment has good drilling performance and operation accuracy. The deviation between the actual drilling trajectory and the designed drilling trajectory is less than 5‰, and the application effect is good.
