Based on improvement of coal mining technology, advancement of drivage mechanization level and rapid increase of extended distance in driving face, power supply pattern of driving face was also updated and optimized. Taking power supply system of driving face in W1313 transportation roadway as example in this paper, power supply design scheme of sinking operation was analyzed on the basis of power demand and existing type of heading equipment. Meanwhile, leakage protection was achieved by adopting selective electricity leakage protection device to reflect power supply system in transportation roadway, which ensured that working face would advance smoothly.
