In order to promote application of aseptic isolation technology in pharmaceutical industry,by reviewing related papers at home and abroad, the application of aseptic isolation technology in pharmaceutical industry was introduced from the isolation system classification, structure, mode of operation, installation position and the necessity of using isolation technology. Results showed that it is the best way to gain China new GMP （ amended in 2010 ） certificate and enter the international market for pharmaceutical enterprises using suitable aseptic isolation system in aseptic production and test.
