Abstract: The comprehensive chemical sewage produced by coal to aromatics is designed. This kind of sewage contains high ammonia nitrogen, high phenol, oil, salt and other refractory substances, and the water quality is complex and difficult to treat. The combined process of anaerobic reaction process + SBR process + advanced oxidation + nitrogen fixation and decarbonization nitrogen filter was selected, to ensure the removal of COD, ammonia nitrogen, phenol and refractory substances, at the same time, the energy consumption ratio was effectively controlled. SBR and fixation and nitrogen decarbonization nitrogen filter (patented technology of Shenyang Laike Zhiyuan Environmental Protection Group) are used as the core processes of biochemical treatment and advanced treatment to remove COD and ammonia nitrogen. The designed effluent is in accordance with the second class pollutant in GB 8978-1996《Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard》- the first class standard of petrochemical industry.
