Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity during the passage of the Xw43 collapse column by the shallow hole blasting method at the W3305 working face of Gaohe Coal Mine, a technical solution for deep hole pre-splitting blasting to break the collapse column rock was proposed. By refining the construction process, optimizing technical parameters, pre-setting technology and security measures, the safe and efficient implementation of the project was guaranteed. The results showed that the deep hole pre-splitting blasting method was an effective method for the working face to pass the collapse column. Compared with the traditional shallow hole blasting method, the propulsion efficiency was higher and the equipment loss rate was lower. However, strict technical and safety protection measures should be formulated. It can promote the application of deep-hole pre-splitting blasting technology in the problem of safe and efficient working face passing through the collapsed column, providing a reference for optimizing design parameters.
