山西潞安王庄矿宽煤柱( 60 m )内靠近陷落柱边缘空洞区与进风巷道残留钻孔、总回风巷泄水孔形成漏风通道,在回风大巷强大通风负压作用下,经过一年多的缓慢氧化,引起陷落柱边缘钻孔附近煤层自燃的现状,本文介绍了采用钻孔注浆覆盖封堵、风巷裂隙封堵(喷浆)及局部调风相结合的灭火方法的技术措施、施工工艺及灭火设备,使煤柱内高温点逐步降到了正常环境温度,达到了各项灭火技术目标。为类似地质条件下的火区治理提供了科学合理、安全高效、经济廉价的防控方法。
The wide coal pillar (60 m) near the edge of empty cave, forming leaking air roadway with residual drill holes of inlet roadway and drainage holes of total return air roadway, under the effect of strong ventilation negative pressure in the return air roadway, after more than a year of slow oxidation, caused spontaneous combustion of coal seam near the edge of the collapse column. The technical measures, construction technology and fire extinguishing equipment for the combination of borehole grouting covering plugging, air tunnel fissure plugging (grouting) and local air regulation were introduced, the high temperature point in the coal pillar was gradually reduced to the normal ambient temperature, and various fire extinguishing technical objectives were achieved, which provided a scientific, reasonable, safe, efficient, economical and inexpensive prevention and control method for fire areas under similar geological conditions.
