采用中红外(MIR)光谱技术(包括一维 MIR 光谱、二阶导数 MIR 光谱、四阶导数 MIR 光谱和去卷积 MIR 光谱)开展门冬氨酸鸟氨酸结构的研究。实验发现,门冬氨酸鸟氨酸的主要红外吸收官能团包括δ■、δ■、δ■、δ■和 δ■等。研究发现,采用 MIR 光谱可以快速鉴别门冬氨酸鸟氨酸结构。本课题为门冬氨酸鸟氨酸结构研究了建立一个新的方法学,具有重要的应用研究价值。
The structure of ornithine-aspartate was studied by mid-infrared (MIR) spectroscopy (including one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy, second derivative MIR spectroscopy, fourth derivative MIR spectroscopy and deconvolution MIR spectroscopy). It was found that the main infrared absorption functional groups of ornithine aspartate included δ■, δ■, δ■, δ■ and δ■. It was found that the structure of ornithine-aspartate could be identified by MIR spectroscopy. A new methodology has be established for the study of ornithine-aspartate structure, which has important application research value.
