The wastewater of Beiying coking plantmainly includes production clean waste water, industrial waste water, domestic sewage, which is total amount of drainage reached 340 m3/h. In order to reduce emissions and consumption, the scheme of reducing discharge and consumption was selected, which is separating the turbidity from the waste water system and treating the waste water separately, the scheme of treating the waste water at the source and recycling the waste water was adopted. The recovery rate of the production clean waste water has reached 96.5%, the annual reduction of waste water discharge is 832 200 m3 / a, the water consumption was saved by 732 300 yuan / a, the annual benefit was increased by 543 300 yuan, the discharge of industrial wastewater was reduced by 459 900 m3 /a, and the cost of water consumption was saved by 404 700 yuan / a.
