Engineering example of treatment of high salinity and high ammonia wastewater by electrodialysis + MVR combined technology

Because the high salt wastewater generated in the production process of a pharmaceutical company cannot be directly received by the downstream wastewater resource center and needs to be treated, high-concentration pharmaceutical wastewater was evaporated and concentrated by using electrodialysis + mechanical vapor recompression(MVR) technology. The concentrated liquid was crystallized to produce ammonium salt products, which are used as resource recovery and reuse, thereby realizing the high-saline and high-ammonia nitrogen wastewater resource application .
