In order to further optimize the liquor wastewater treatment process and improve the treatment effect, taking a liquor manufacturing enterprise as an example, through process comparison and design calculation, the "PHOREDOX - MBR" process was using for treating the plant's production wastewater. The results show that after this process, the average COD, BODS and and the ammonia nitrogen liquor wasterwater emission concentration is 13.75 mg/L, the BOD5 average emission concentration is 3.46 mg/L, and 0.81 mg/L respectively. The main water quality indicators reach the "surface water environmental quality standard" (GB3838- 2002) in the Class Ⅲ water standard. This process has the advantages of stable operation and wide adaptability.
