In order to prevent flooding of the upper aquifer and goaf area into the working face during the mining process of the 2107 working face of Yitian Mining Industry, the transient electromagnetic method was used to detect the damage, and the upper part of the 2107 working face was analyzed. Water abundance anomalies may exist, and water-drilling boreholes were designed for drilling verification. The results showed that there was no water-rich anomaly in the upper part of the working face, and the water damage was basically not threatened during the mining process.
