To identify main aquifer and DF1 faults water-rich zone distribution, structural water-bearing in some mine of Changzhi, Shanxi province. TEM and DC electric method have been used for comprehensive exploration. Based on analysis the characteristics of L2060 and L2580 transient electromagnetic method and the apparent resistivity data of L2060 direct current method, the interpretation principle of this area has been ensured. There was consistence in the results between the two methods. Base on the principle of transient electromagnetic data volume and interpretive, the main aquifer and water rich anomalous area and the water-rich zone distribution of K8 sandstone, K2 tuff and Ordovician limestone that 50 m underground were settled, the DF1 faults is partial rich faults, it provides geological basis for future mine production.
