Resource treatment of ammonium sulfate crystallization cleaning mother liquor as by-product in MMA production

In the production process of methyl methacrylate(MMA), a large amount of ammonium sulphate waste liquid is produced by-product, which will cause a large loss of sulfur resources and serious environmental pollution if not reused. A resource treatment process of ammonium sulfate crystal clear mother liquor was discussed. The ammonium sulfate wastewater was treated by three processes of transformation, evaporation and crystallization through a two-stage evaporation and crystallization system. Not only can the ammonium sulfate salt be recovered as a chemical fertilizer, but also the methanol organic liquid fuel can be obtained, and the heat energy can be recovered, thereby realizing the resource treatment of the ammonium sulfate waste liquid.
