Based on pre-draining and outburst in 13163 air return roadway, the grouting material was used to optimize the type of the 13163 return air bottom drainage roadway construction, which solved the problem of gas outburst and gas overrun in mining. Through the experiment of three grouting materials with different grouting ratio, it was found that, with the increasing of water material ratio, the single hole concentration of drilling decreased and the grouting effect was poor. When the material ratio of KFTP grouting material was 9∶1, the concentration of drilling hole keeped stable, with the best economic effect.
