Design of the Control System of Embedded Electromagnetic Speed-adjusting Shear in Thin Seam

A new type of electrical control system applied in embedded electromagnetic speed-adjusting shear was designed in this paper, to solve the problems of the existing PLC-based control systems, such as large volume, simple function, poor expansibility, complicated wiring, poor anti-vibration performance, and so on. This system consists of five parts, which were connected by CAN Fieldbus, and STM32F103RCT6 was used as its central processing unit. Meanwhile, some modules used single chip with good performance as the controller. This system is not only flexible in structure, but also has good expansibility, strong anti-electromagnetic interference, and high mechanical vibration resistance. The design was proved to be efficient and have practical application value through the tests.
