Based on the frequent accident problem of MG2×125/560 mining machine height adjustment system, Tongjialiang Mine was taken as an example, mining machine height adjustment system was improved. The experimental simulation and field use proved the feasibility of reconstruction technology, which could better make swing arm going up and down. Meanwhile, height adjustment system after improvement could save installation cost, increase coal output and reduce the loss of shutdown, with good social effects and economic benefits.
