In order to reveal movement features of fully mechanized caving mining surrounding rock in dual slope of large dip angle and study effect of bearing pressure peak on stability of front top coal and coal wall, numerical simulation methods of finite difference method combining with discrete element were used to research failure law of surrounding rock in dip and rising working face under different coal bed pitches condition.
