Site occupational health investigation, occupational health detection and occupational health examination method were used to assess the occupational disease prevention measures and effect in a cellulose plant in Hebei province. 13 Noise testing points were established, testing results are 62.8 ~ 81.6 dB ( A ); 2 sodium hydroxide testing points, the highest maximum allowable concentration is 0.170 mg /m3; 2 hydrochloric acid testing points, the highest maximum allowable concentration is 1.8 mg/m3; 4 methyl chloride testing points, test results of time weighted average concentration ( CTWA ) and short time exposure concentration ( CSTEL ) are less than the minimum detection concentration; 2 epoxy propane testing points, test results of time weighted average concentration ( CTWA ) and short time exposure concentration ( CSTEL ) are less than the minimum detection concentration; 1 hydrogen sulfide testing point, the highest allowable concentration test result is less than the minimum detection concentration; 1 carbon monoxide testing point, the maximum time weighted average concentration (CTWA ) is 1.1 mg /m3; 4 cotton dust testing points, maximum CTWA is 0.55 mg /m3; 1 activated carbon dust, CTWA is 0.06 mg /m3; 3 other dust testing points, maximum CTWA is 4.12 mg /m3. The project in the general layout, equipment layout, construction of hygiene, auxiliary room, protection measures against the occupational hazard factors, personal protective equipment, emergency rescue, and other aspects of the occupational health management in line meet the requrement of national laws, regulations and occupational health standards.
