Mainly according to basic parameters of mine basic control network interpenetration to continuous measurement of roadway parameters benefitting mining smoothly, in the breakthrough point abutting each other, due to the original basic control network traverse points underground roadway mining would have a mobile, offset error, and breakthrough error. The error of the basic parameters of the original control network was determined and the accuracy of the basic parameters of the control network was settled and the accuracy assessment method was put forward. The results showed that the basic parameters of the basic control network in the underground mine was very necessary and feasible to optimize the design.
