Based on Safe and efficient mining of the present situation and development trend in China, Tashan Mine was taken as example, it’s safe and efficient mining model was analyzed from mining mode, process equipment, talent advantage and scientific and technological innovation. The study showed that the mining technology and the management pattern was important for the healthy development of the mine, and provided significance and experience for modernized mine.
