Aiming at the problems of poor bearing stability, easy derailment, high risk of sliding and insufficient passing ability of pneumatic monorail crane in complex roadway operation, this paper optimizes the structure of monorail crane bearing system. Based on the I140E track, two configurations of parallel and oblique angle arrangement between the bearing vehicle and the track are studied respectively, and the performance differences between the direct installation of the bearing wheel and the inner baffle limit structure are compared. Through the comparison of straight, curved and climbing trafficability in the test field, the minimum reasonable gap of the bearing wheel under the inclined structure is discussed, and the coupling relationship between the gap and trafficability and running stability is clarified. The research provides technical basis for the design and field application of mine pneumatic monorail crane bearing system.
