In order to solve the problem of lane-falling of mine endless rope tractor, a rail-clamping wheel device suitable for ordinary track is developed. This paper expounds the design idea of the rail clamping wheel, designs the specific structure and key dimensions of the rail clamping wheel device, and carries out the finite element simulation analysis on the basis of three-dimensional modeling. The maximum destructive force that it can withstand is determined by the stress deformation cloud diagram, which provides a theoretical basis for the matching selection of the rail clamping wheel on the endless rope tractor, and ensures the overall strength of the rail clamping wheel during operation and use.
