Aiming at the problem that the large turning radius of the traditional pneumatic monorail crane is not flexible enough, taking the DQ30/0.5(A) type pneumatic monorail crane as the research object, a new V-type drive frame structure design scheme suitable for pneumatic monorail crane is proposed. The design adopts a symmetrical V-shaped frame structure, which simplifies the layout of the traditional bearing wheel guide wheel, improves the stability and passing ability of the vehicle body, and reduces the processing cost of the vehicle. The three-dimensional model of the V-type drive frame is established in CAXA3D, and the mechanical calculation and finite element simulation of the key force-bearing frame are carried out. The analysis results show that the V-type drive frame has the characteristics of automatic neutrality, high strength and good stability. Finally, the effectiveness of the design is verified by the test data of the prototype, which provides a reference for the development of lightweight technology of the pneumatic monorail crane.
