The coal preparation plant of Youzhong Coal Industry produces steam coal and injection coal. There are some problems, such as the particle size of raw coal exceeds the limit, which affects the normal production, the storage capacity of gangue bin is insufficient when producing steam coal, the function of screening workshop is single, it does not have the ability of lump coal crushing and multi-product blending, the secondary removal of raw coal, the high cost of loading and dust pollution. Through the transformation and utilization of the transportation system, the storage capacity of the gangue is improved to meet the requirements of continuous 16 h production. The new screening crushing workshop controls the particle size of raw coal within 50 mm, solves the problem of particle size exceeding the limit, and reduces the impact of production accidents by more than 90%. At the same time, the new crusher and a large number of three-way chutes are used, which have the functions of crushing and mixing of lump coal and flexible switching between product landing and washing, enriching the product structure. Improve the transportation capacity of raw coal belt, transform the chute, realize the direct entry of raw coal into the warehouse, reduce the loading cost of 2.8 million yuan and dust pollution. Through a series of transformation, the transformation of multi-product flexible production and storage mode is realized, the normal production is ensured, the product structure is enriched, the production cost and environmental pollution are reduced.
