Abstract:The gas produced in the process of coal mine production can be used to generate electricity, which helps to reduce the cost of coal production and improve the economic benefits of enterprises. However, due to the long-term operation of the gas generator set, the fouling of the radiator is serious, and the cleaning effect is weak, which is not conducive to the load reduction of the unit. Therefore, dealing with the radiator problem is an important part of improving the efficiency of the enterprise. In this paper, the No.3 unit of Shentangzui gas power station is taken as the research object. In view of the serious fouling of the fins and the frequent damage of the fan, it is decided to dismantle the old radiator, replace the new heat exchanger and optimize the man-machine interface. After the transformation, the heat transfer effect of the radiator is improved and the energy saving effect is good.
