In order to solve the problems of high gas emission in goaf and difficult gas management in upper corner of high gas mine, the 3307 fully mechanized caving face of Dayang Coal Mine is taken as the research object. Through the analysis and research of the extraction design of the working face, and through COMSOL Multiphysics, the numerical simulation analysis is carried out for the joint extraction of low-level bedding drilling and high-level directional drilling. The results show that the W-type ventilation and various gas drainage methods effectively control the concentration of the working face. On the section of the working face, the bedding drilling is used to extract the whole, and the directional drilling is used to extract the local.
