As the basic parameter of the mine, the development height of the roof water conduction fracture zone is helpful to the disaster prevention and control of the mine. In order to grasp the development height of the roof water conduction fracture zone in the north shaft of Dongpang Mine, taking the 9209 test mining face as the engineering background, through theoretical analysis, the development characteristics of the roof water conduction fracture zone were studied and analyzed by microseism monitoring technology. The practice showed that the microseism monitoring technology could reflect the failure process and movement law of the overlying surrounding rock of the coal seam, and the development height of the water conduction fracture zone was basically consistent with the theoretical calculation results.
