Aiming at the problem of strong water inflowing at 500 m of No.2-106 transport crossheading of No.2 coal seam in Xuehugou Mine, the water source of working face was analyzed and determined by theoretical analysis and on-site drilling peeping. According to the characteristics of water inflowing channel, the water disaster control scheme of nitrogen sealing first and then grouting sealing was adopted, and the field practice was carried out. The results showed that under the action of nitrogen sealing grouting hole sealing technology, the water inflow of roadway was effectively controlled, which indicated that the design of nitrogen sealing grouting hole sealing scheme was reasonable, could effectively control the water damage of roadway, and ensured the smooth excavation of No.2-106 transport crossheading and the safety of construction personnel. The application provided reference for the water disaster prevention and control in working faces with similar mine geological conditions.
