Abstract:According to the special conditions of close distance coal seam group mining and gas content above 10 m3/t in Chiyu Coal Mine, the technology of pressure relief gas extraction from working face by intercepting boreholes in the floor of close distance coal seam group is adopted. The pressure relief gas of No.3 and No.4 coal seams is intercepted by intercepting boreholes in the excavation roadway of No.3 coal seam, so as to reduce the pressure relief gas of No.3 and No.4 coal seams into the goaf of No.2 coal seam in the process of mining. Through the test results of the technology in the C1204 working face of the central mining area of Chiyu Coal Mine, the results show that the pressure relief gas technology of the floor interception drilling extraction mining face can replace the pressure relief drilling of the floor extraction roadway, which not only effectively reduces the gas content and pressure of the coal seam, but also ensures the safe production of the working face. At the same time, it saves the cost of maintenance of the floor extraction roadway due to serious deformation.
