Abstract:Accurate braking of downward belt conveyor is an important guarantee to ensure the safety of equipment operation. Taking the DSJ120/100/2×315 belt conveyor in Shangshe Coal Mine as the research object, based on the analysis of the basic principle and installation position requirements of its brake device, combined with the actual experience of Shangshe Coal Mine, the problems existing in the practice of traditional disc brake device are analyzed. In view of the above problems, the structure of the traditional disc brake device is improved, and the force sensor is combined to realize the accurate control of the braking force through the pressure control of the hydraulic system. The practice shows that there is no ' flying car ' during the operation of the improved brake device, which verifies the operation reliability of the improved disc brake device.
