Abstract: The development characteristics of collapse column in Gequan Mine of Jizhong Energy were analyzed. The plane and vertical boreholes were used to carry out multi-directional and three-dimensional grouting reinforcement on the bottom plate of collapse column, so as to form an effective three-dimensional waterproof section of the bottom plate of collapse column to prevent the water from the bottom plate in the mining process and achieve the purpose of safe mining. On this basis, combined with the development range of the collapse column, the cost expenditure and income effect of the collapse column push mining scheme and the relocation scheme were compared and analyzed. Finally, a more reasonable mining method was adopted to avoid waste of resources and improve the utilization rate of coal resources.
