Abstract: In view of the problems that coal wall spalling and gangue falling will affect the safe and efficient production of the working face in the recovery process of gangue falling zone in the goaf of small coal mines No. 12206 Face of Lugou Mine in Henan Province, a technical scheme of advanced grouting reinforcement for the treatment of broken gangue in the goaf was proposed. Through comparative analysis, it was determined to select high-water rapid solidification material as the grouting material, and the technical parameters of grouting reinforcement were designed according to the actual mining situation of the working face. The field application results showed that during the mining process of working face passing through the goaf of small coal mine, there were no problems such as large area coal wall spalling and gangue falling, and the mining speed of working face was maintained at 3.6 m/d, which realized safe and efficient production, and provided technical reference for mine mining under similar conditions.
