Abstract: In order to improve the reinforcement strength of the abandoned roadway during the mining of Wangzhuang Mine No.13031working face and ensure the safety of the working face passing through the roadway, the grouting filling reinforcement scheme was proposed. Through numerical simulation and experiment, the results showed that if no measures weree taken to fill and strengthen the roadway, the surrounding rock would be seriously damaged and deformed after the working face was mined to the position less than 10m away from the abandoned roadway.It was studied and analyzed that the reasonable strength of the filling body when the filling reinforcement measures were taken in the goaf was 4 MPa, the high water material was used for filling, and the optimum water cement ratio was determined to be 4∶1. The field application practice showed that after the filling and reinforcement measures were taken in advance, there was no obvious difference between the working resistance of hydraulic support and the condition of coal wall slope when the working face passed through the goaf and normal mining, indicating that the filling and reinforcement scheme achieved the expected effect.
