Abstract: After coal mine shut-in, underground water would continue to flow out from the underground space formed by mining.After drainage stop, the underground water level would rise gradually under natural pressure and be restored to a certain height. Kailuan Zhaogezhuang mine and Linxi mine were adjacent to each other. When the underground water level of Zhaogezhuang mine rised to -570 m, the underground water would enter Linxi mine through the communication site. It was necessary to keep the upper horizontal drainage of Zhaogezhuang mine to control the underground water level and prevent the adjacent mines safety from being affected. Realization of effective monitoring the underground water level in Zhaogezhuang mine was a necessary measure to control the underground water level. According to the study of hydrogeological conditions, mine inundation conditions, underground water level monitoring and adjacent mines water inflow in Zhaogezhuang mine, the paper calculated the lower horizontal water inflow of zhaogezhuang mine after shut-in, and analyzed and evaluated the influence on adjacent mines of maintaining upper drainage condition after shut-in.
