In view of a series of problems in Xingtai Coal Washing Plant, such as recent serious sliming of raw coal, finer particle size of slime, increased concentration of slime water, high ash separation, difficult pressure filtration, low comprehensive recovery rate of fine coal, and serious back ash in gravity separation process.The Aikefu flotation agent produced by Aikefu (Beijing) Technology Corporation Ltd. was used to carry out the experimental study on the flotation effect of the flotation agent on the slime of the plant. The experimental results show that the flotation effect can be improved and the economic benefit of the enterprise can be improved by adapting high performance reagents.
