In order to improve the coal mining rate and reduce the triangular coal on both sides of the fully mechanized mining face, the main roadway in the No. 8 mining area of Holsinghe Mine was taken as the study object, and the FLAC3D was used to simulate the stress field and displacement of the roadway. The feasibility of the support program was analyzed. The on-site monitoring results showed that after the mine roadway adopted the anchor + anchor cable + W steel belt support scheme, the two sides and the roof of the roadway were stably controlled. On the basis of retaining the top coal, the soft problem of the roadway floor was solved, which made roadway stable for a long time.
