Aiming at the problem of large concentration of dust in the wind flow caused by blasting mining in the 2121 floor transportation roadway of Yongfeng Mine, the characteristics of dust, source, foam dust-collecting mechanism were analyzed, and the foam injection device was installed on the heading face, spraying water mist and spray foam for dust removal were applied and compared. The results showed that with the spray foam dedusting process, the dust removal efficiency of the whole dust concentration was increased by 43%, and the dust removal efficiency of the respiratory dust concentration was increased by 62%, effectively reducing the respiration in the airflow. The dust concentration greatly improved the air environment of the roadway.
