No.9 outburst coal seam in 9103 working face was a problem to Xinyuan Mine. In order to ensure effective governance of gas in mining process and smoothly implementation of outburst prevention work, comprehensive outburst prevention measures were taken including regional prediction, regional outburst prevention measures, area-effect inspection and regional verifying, supplementing by stoping interval local outburst prevention measures and safety protection, which meet needs of outburst prevention safety in working face.
