The dirt of coal ash in scrapping coal board and machine head coal spillplate in belt conveyor, with the phenomena of slipping and off tracking, especially in unloading and recovery operation, in order to control the orientation of belt conveyor, its operating mechanism of transmission device was analyzed, slip-proof and off-track proof cleaning device was designed to clean the coal ash. The technology improved the transportation rate and the economic effect, solved the slipping and off track problem.
